Personality: Jack is a rather relaxed and laid back cat. He very rarely gets angry and you can often see him with a rather content smile on his face. Despite his gruff appearance and informal way of speaking, he's actually very kind and gentle, and some even call him fatherly despite his young age. He can be sarcastic, but he never makes fun of people (except Merry May). He only shows his true self in front of Merry; romantic, teasing, and even a bit goofy. You can often find him performing at The Roost on weekends or at the Town Square or Town Hall on weekdays. Seen often with Merry.

History: Jack and Merry met when they were small. Jack's family moved into Animal Village when Jack was 9 and Merry was 5. Their parents quickly became friends, but Merry and Jack hated each other. They tried to avoid each other as much as they could. Jack would often got into fights, sometimes Merry would even be one of the kids he'd fight! But one day he found Merry picking a fight with three older kids and Jack bravely jumped in and stopped it. Ever since then they've been in love and Jack quit being a delinquent during high school. Being with Merry seemed to have calmed him down and that's why he's so chill today.
